Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team, providing comprehensive legal support across our business operations. The role involves ensuring contractual compliance, managing disputes, and safeguarding the company’s interests in international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise day‑to‑day business contracts while delivering professional legal opinions to support business units.
• Handle commercial disputes, litigation, and arbitration, develop and implement litigation tactics, and coordinate with external counsel.
• Ensure international site compliance, guaranteeing that the operations of our global platform adhere to applicable local laws and regulations.
• Support and undertake other tasks assigned from time to time.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of legal practice or in‑house experience, including litigation, arbitration, or regulatory compliance.
• Prior experience handling arbitration, litigation, or e‑commerce platform matters is preferred.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, self‑motivated, strategic thinker, and quick to adapt to change.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Fluent in both conversational and written English and Chinese.
