Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (B1.1/B2) – Line Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking experienced B1.1/B2 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join our line‑maintenance team in Hong Kong. The role involves performing, troubleshooting, and certifying maintenance on a range of Airbus and Boeing wide‑body aircraft and engines while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and certify aircraft maintenance activities within the approved scope.
• Carry out inspections, troubleshooting and defect rectification on assigned aircraft.
• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians during line‑maintenance operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with operational and maintenance teams to ensure timely turnaround.

Required profile

• Valid HKCAD, EASA, CAAC, CAAS, CAAM or FAA B1.1 or B2 licence with relevant type rating.
• Minimum 8 years of line‑maintenance experience on Airbus or Boeing wide‑body aircraft.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance manuals, technical documentation and approved procedures.
• Good English communication skills and ability to work in shifts.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with maintenance teams.

Required skills

• B1.1 or B2 aircraft maintenance licence.
• Type rating for A320‑LEAP 1A, A330‑Trent 700, A350‑Trent XWB, B777‑GE90/Trent 800, B747‑400‑PW4000 or B747‑8‑GEnx.
• Interpretation of maintenance manuals and technical documentation.
• Advanced troubleshooting and defect‑rectification techniques.
• Aircraft certification and compliance procedures.
