Logistics Manager – Cold Chain Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead our cold‑chain logistics operations. You will work closely with customers, vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of warehouse and transportation activities while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders to guarantee smooth logistics execution and strong partnerships.
• Oversee day‑to‑day performance of warehouse and logistics operations, meeting service level and delivery targets.
• Analyse operational metrics, provide regular insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Guide, develop and support operational teams to foster a productive, high‑performing environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and quality standards for a safe workplace.
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve warehouse productivity, storage utilisation, workflow efficiency and temperature‑controlled processes.
• Address operational and customer issues promptly, seeking opportunities to enhance processes and service quality.
• Oversee quality‑assurance practices and align procedures with established compliance and service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in logistics warehouse operations, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical abilities and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in logistics systems or cold‑chain operations is a plus.
