Logistics Officer – Museum Retail & Online Operations

About the role

The Logistics Officer will support the Museum Retail and Online team in ensuring smooth warehouse and logistics operations. Working closely with the warehouse supervisor, the role covers inbound/outbound handling, inventory control and coordination of international shipments. This is a fixed‑term, two‑year position based at M+ Museum in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Support supervisor to ensure smooth warehouse and logistics operations within the Museum Retail and online team.
• Monitor daily warehouse activities including inbound, outbound, stock replenishment, order delivery and storage.
• Coordinate logistics, quality control and inventory monitoring to support sales operations.
• Create sales, transfer and replenishment orders in the ERP system.
• Arrange international deliveries with freight forwarders, suppliers and customers, ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Prepare full shipping documentation and Tradelink customs declarations for import and export shipments.
• Produce monthly KPI, inventory and analysis reports for management.
• Assist month‑end closing and year‑end stock‑take, liaising with Finance, suppliers, 3PL and other parties.
• Work with the IT team to resolve system issues and handle ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics and shipping operations, preferably in retail or FMCG.
• Good knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP) and experience with Tradelink customs declarations.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
