Luxury Client Advisor, Watches (Bilingual)

About the role

WRISTCHECK is seeking enthusiastic watch lovers to join its Client Service team as Luxury Client Advisors. The role blends high‑touch sales expertise with white‑glove concierge service, supporting clients both in‑store and online across a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients in their preferred language, delivering a personalized, luxurious experience.
• Understand client preferences and lifestyle to recommend appropriate timepieces, from dress watches to limited‑edition pieces.
• Present technical and aesthetic features of watches, including movements, materials, and strap options.
• Arrange private viewings, source requested pieces, negotiate terms, and coordinate pick‑up or delivery.
• Process transactions accurately, handling POS, financing, deposits, and international tax‑free forms.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive outreach and client development.
• Maintain and update showcase displays and support daily operations of the offline location.

Required profile

• Passionate about watches and able to communicate their heritage and mechanics.
• Polished, knowledgeable, and comfortable engaging with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Fluent in English (verbal & written) and at least one additional language (Mandarin, Cantonese, or French).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building long‑term client relationships.
