Management Associate Program (Post-MBA)

About the role

Invesco’s Management Associate Program is an 18‑month fast‑track development experience designed for high‑performing MBA or Master’s graduates. The program provides broad exposure to investment management, digital tools, and leadership development across Asia and potentially the global headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple business areas to gain hands‑on experience in investment research, portfolio management, and client solutions.
• Apply AI‑enabled tools to improve analysis, workflow efficiency, and decision‑support processes.

Required profile

• MBA or Master’s degree with 2‑4 years of relevant experience and strong academic achievement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin; additional Asian language is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability, and high learning agility.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
