Manager, Agency Training

About the role

Prudential is looking for a Manager, Agency Training to design and run leadership and agency manager training programmes that drive recruitment, productivity and retention. The role works closely with stakeholders to shape training content and learning journeys, and contributes to training strategy and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver leadership and agency manager training programmes
• Engage stakeholders to assess learning needs and co-create training content, methods and learning journeys
• Monitor, evaluate and improve training effectiveness using data, feedback and performance metrics
• Contribute to training governance, short- and long-term training strategies and resource planning aligned with company objectives
• Drive innovation in blended learning, virtual facilitation, coaching frameworks and experiential learning
• Take part in special projects on leadership capability building and organisational development

Required profile

• Degree holder with 8+ years of relevant training experience in the insurance industry
• Well-reversed leadership training experience, including designing, planning and delivering workshops
• Proven hands-on experience designing and delivering leadership training for mid-to-senior level leaders
