Manager, Asia SCS

About the role

This role supports the SCS management and direct material teams in Asia with decision making, strategic execution, initiative tracking, governance coordination and data-driven insights. It covers Hong Kong, Shajing, KM, India and Wuxi.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze reports using Power BI dashboards and prepare summary slides for management review
• Identify action plans and scenarios for sourcing initiatives and strategies based on supply chain analytics
• Align with the Global Systems and IT teams on digitalization and AI initiatives in the region
• Review workflows, create implementation plans and follow up on supply chain risk policies
• Collaborate with direct material purchasing teams and other functions to implement SCS initiatives
• Support compliance and governance: audits, databases, approval flows, process improvements and alignment with internal policies
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and data-driven insights, translating complex data into clear executive narratives
• Partner with IT and systems teams to enhance analytics and reporting
• Monitor geopolitical, regulatory and macroeconomic developments, including material indexes affecting supply chain decisions

Required profile

• Knowledge of supplier and commodity management, manufacturing processes and raw materials
• Ability to train others on systems and processes
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
• Good communication skills and ability to understand complex process flows and turn them into policies
• Critical thinking to ensure risks are addressed when writing policies and procedures

Required skills

• Very proficient MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Power BI and understanding of ERP systems
• Flexibility to adapt to new IT environments such as AI and Azure
