Manager, Human Resources Data and Reporting

About the role

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a Manager for Human Resources Data and Reporting to lead the design, optimisation and delivery of people‑related data across its HR systems. You will work closely with HR stakeholders, data analysts and technical teams to ensure reliable, timely data that supports strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance data management processes to guarantee data accuracy and integrity across HR departments.
• Identify and implement automation for data extraction, transformation and loading using SQL, APIs and big‑data technologies.
• Collaborate with HR teams to resolve data‑related technical issues and support their infrastructure needs.
• Assist in planning and executing analytical projects, delivering insights aligned with business objectives.
• Become the subject‑matter expert for SuccessFactors data structures and fields, supporting reporting and analytics.
• Manage workstreams and projects involving data inflows and outflows during organisational transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Self‑directed professional comfortable supporting multiple teams and systems.
• Proven experience building and optimising data pipelines from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of HR data architecture and the ability to redesign it for future services.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage projects end‑to‑end.
