Manager, IDEA & Learning – APAC

About the role

Lululemon is seeking a Manager to lead IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Action) and Learning initiatives across the APAC region. Reporting to the Sr. Director, People & Culture – APAC, you will partner with global and regional teams to embed inclusive behaviours and deliver learning solutions that support rapid business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, manage and implement IDEA programs, including core programming, role‑specific training and ongoing development.
• Collaborate with global IDEA and regional partners to execute a cohesive IDEA strategy across 11 APAC markets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for teams and leaders, providing education, guidance and advocacy for inclusive behaviours.
• Update and maintain all program assets and learning materials to ensure relevance and impact.
• Curate and author new content to continuously elevate the company’s diversity and inclusion offerings.
• Represent the department as a subject‑matter expert at internal and external events.
• Engage senior leaders and business partners to align on IDEA strategy, accountability and success metrics.
• Gather industry research, identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support learning programs for SSC teams and collaborate with the APAC Learning & Leadership Team and People & Culture Business Partners to implement strategic learning solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering IDEA programs at a regional or global scale.
• Ability to localise global IDEA goals and develop country‑specific strategies across diverse markets.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
