Manager, Revenue Management (Pricing)

About the role

HK Express is seeking a senior leader to set the strategic direction for revenue management and pricing. You will ensure that fare structures and ancillary pricing align with the airline’s long‑term commercial objectives while driving data‑driven, financially sound decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and oversee the strategic roadmap for revenue management and pricing, ensuring alignment with market positioning.
• Provide executive oversight of all air ticket fare structures and ancillary pricing.
• Lead advanced analytical reviews to uncover revenue opportunities and recommend high‑impact pricing strategies.
• Monitor market performance, demand trends, and competitive landscape to protect and grow market share.
• Champion innovation in pricing methodology through modelling, analytical frameworks, and system enhancements.
• Guide cross‑functional collaboration with sales, business planning, digital/IT, and other stakeholders for seamless pricing system development and commercial planning.
• Partner with the Revenue Management Operations team to deliver network‑wide revenue strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timely filings.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of specialists, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Oversee ad‑hoc strategic analyses and executive reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial pricing or revenue management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of airline revenue management and pricing concepts.

Required skills

• Experience with Navitaire systems.
• Familiarity with ATPCO pricing platforms.
