Manager, Total Rewards

About the role

Anglo-Eastern is seeking a seasoned Manager, Total Rewards to lead its global compensation and benefits strategy. You will shape compensation models, ensure market competitiveness, and support the organization’s growth across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and forecast robust compensation models, salary ranges and scenario analyses.
• Conduct regular market research, salary surveys and deep‑dive statistical analyses to identify pay gaps, compression issues and internal equity risks.
• Oversee job evaluation, job architecture maintenance and the governance of job matching and slotting methodologies (e.g., Mercer IPE).
• Develop and implement performance management and reward programs, as well as benefits administration policies.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and global compensation regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience leading compensation programs in a multinational environment.
• Proven experience with job evaluation methodologies and managing compensation structures across multiple regions.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomous work style and excellent stakeholder communication.
• Professional certifications such as CCP or CBP are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for modelling and data analysis.
• Statistical analysis and quantitative modeling capabilities.
