About the role

Join the team at Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong Sha Tin as a Marketing & Administrative Assistant. You will support the hotel’s marketing communications and provide essential administrative assistance, ensuring smooth operations and a consistent brand experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries about hotel facilities and services.
• Assist the Marketing Communications team with daily tasks, including copy‑writing and collateral creation.
• Support the planning and execution of promotions, events, and digital campaigns, and track their performance.
• Draft and edit content for promotional materials, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s corporate identity.
• Produce basic design layouts and coordinate with external vendors.
• Provide administrative support such as preparing monthly reports, proposals, and contracts.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Translation or a related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Detail‑oriented, presentable and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Mac operating systems.
