Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative, resourceful, and execution‑oriented Marketing Specialist to join our Hong Kong team. The role involves turning ideas into action and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product and Retail Operations to drive customer engagement, business growth and brand awareness in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to support customer acquisition, brand awareness and business growth.
• Create and manage engaging content across social media and digital platforms.
• Support performance marketing by coordinating creative assets, testing and cross‑functional execution.
• Coordinate KOL and influencer collaborations from sourcing to performance tracking.
• Assist in offline initiatives such as media placements, advertising, events and partnership campaigns.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Retail and other teams to develop integrated marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, gather market insights and recommend improvements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Hong Kong market trends, consumer insights and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 1–4 years of marketing experience; fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome.
• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong consumer market and local culture.
• Creative thinker with excellent execution, project coordination and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta advertising platforms.
• Experience with Google advertising platforms.
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Photoshop or Figma.
