About the role
The Media Search Analyst will evaluate a variety of online content types—including music, video, books, App Store listings, podcasts and HomePod media—to enhance the quality and relevance of digital experiences. Working within TELUS Digital’s AI Community, you will contribute to improving AI training data across multiple languages. The position offers flexible work‑from‑home arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and rate online tasks related to music, video, books, App Store, podcasts and HomePod.
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to improve content relevance and accuracy.
- Document evaluation results in the designated platform.
- Collaborate with the AI training team to ensure consistency across evaluations.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and native Chinese (Traditional); must have lived in Hong Kong for at least one year.
- Apple user with a current iOS device running the latest iOS version and a valid email linked to an Apple ID.
- Strong familiarity with Apple products and services.
- Ability to pass online evaluations demonstrating guideline comprehension.
