Medical Affairs Manager, APAC

About the role

Sinclair is seeking a Medical Affairs Manager to lead its medical affairs activities across the APAC region. Based in Hong Kong, you will support product safety, clinical research, and strategic medical initiatives for the company’s aesthetic portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pharmacovigilance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate clinical trials and liaise with investigators and CROs.
• Lead national medical affairs functions, including promotional material review, MIE management, and medical input for campaigns.
• Provide medical evaluation for business development opportunities.
• Support the strategic medical affairs agenda across APAC markets.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience with injectable aesthetics, biostimulators, dermal fillers, energy‑based devices, or related medical devices.
• Strong problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis capabilities.
• Specialization or clinical experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine is strongly preferred.
