About the role

The Medical Affairs Manager / Medical Science Manager will lead the development and execution of medical strategies and evidence generation throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring scientific accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement medical strategy and evidence generation plans across the product lifecycle.
• Formulate core medical strategies based on therapeutic insights, competitor dynamics, and scientific narratives.
• Conduct high‑quality academic visits, deliver accurate medical information, and support clinical studies.
• Manage post‑marketing clinical studies, basic research projects, and other medical initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide clinical evidence support, medical training, and accurate scientific communication.
• Lead internal training, mentorship, and maintain the medical knowledge management platform.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Medicine, Preventive Medicine, Pharmacy, or related life‑science discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Medical Affairs or as a Senior Medical Science Liaison within Neuropsychiatry, Dermatology, or Respiratory.
• Proven capability in medical strategy formulation, KOL engagement, and project management.
• Strong team spirit with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
