Merchandise Planner

About the role

The Merchandise Planner will join the Planning Team of the Retail Operations Department at Ocean Park. This role focuses on optimizing stock allocation, supporting retail systems, and contributing to demand forecasting for souvenir, skill game, photo, and eShop businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Handle stock allocation and consolidation across retail outlets to maximise sales and sell‑through rates.
• Configure POS and retail system settings to support daily operations and integrated promotion programmes.
• Assist in demand forecasting and order planning for multiple retail channels.
• Conduct regular sales and stock analysis to evaluate product and promotion performance.
• Maintain master data in SAP and POS systems and perform inventory‑management tasks.

Required profile

• Degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in demand forecasting, stock allocation or retail performance analysis.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and good interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with POS system configuration.
