Office Manager – Workplace & Facilities Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to lead all workplace and facilities operations for our Hong Kong office. This senior individual‑contributor role offers high ownership and visibility, ideal for someone who has driven office expansion projects in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and has multinational experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to translate headcount growth into workspace requirements and expansion strategies.
• Lead end‑to‑end office expansion and build‑out projects, including site selection, lease negotiation, design, construction management, and move‑in coordination.
• Liaise with realtors, landlords, and co‑working space providers to negotiate favourable terms and manage vendor bidding for construction and fit‑out projects.
• Oversee vendor relationships to ensure a safe, compliant, and exceptional work environment.
• Communicate project status, timelines, and key decisions to stakeholders across Hong Kong and the US headquarters.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading office expansion or facilities projects in fast‑growing, multinational companies.
• Strong ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholders and external vendors.
• High ownership, autonomy, and visibility with senior leadership.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
