职位概况

本会是一家致力于儿童及青少年福祉的社会福利机构，现招聘托管支援员，负责协助照顾托管生的日常需求，维护安全有序的托管环境。

主要职责

协助导师及同工照顾托管生（尤其是初小学生）的日常需要。
维持托管环境秩序与安全，协助场地布置，确保活动地点整洁。
协助同工接送托管生，确保交接流程安全顺畅。
准备并支援各类成长及户外活动。
处理托管行政及文书工作，如点名、更新出席记录等。

任职要求

中三或以上学历。
性格亲切有耐心，喜欢与儿童相处，具备良好的人际沟通与应变能力。
具备团队合作精神。
懂基本电脑操作。
有照顾儿童或幼儿工作经验者优先。
须通过性罪行定罪纪录查核（SCRC）。

必备技能

基本电脑操作能力。
