职位概况
百卉九江书院招聘中文老师，负责一至六年级双语课堂教学，推动学生中文书写与会话能力提升。
主要职责
- 教授中文课程，激发学生学习兴趣。
- 设计并实施创新的专题小组研究课程。
- 监控学生学习进度，及时调整教学方案。
- 组织实地考察、体验式学习等活动。
- 与家长沟通，提供学生辅导与关怀。
- 参与课程开发、学校战略规划及招生活动。
任职要求
- 持有学士学位，普通话流利。
- 具备至少5年中文教学经验。
- 拥有有效教学证书或执照，无犯罪记录。
- 热爱教育，具备创新课程设计能力。
- 良好的人际沟通与团队合作能力。
必备技能
- 多元教学方法的运用。
- 课程设计与评估能力。
- 中英文双语教学能力。
