职位概况

lululemon 在香港机场招聘全职教育专员（销售），负责为顾客提供专业产品教育，营造卓越的店内体验，并推动社区活动。

主要职责

在店面与顾客互动，解答产品问题并提供定制化建议。
通过精准交易和全渠道计划，确保端到端的顾客体验顺畅。
巡查楼面，维护商品陈列、补货及清洁，保持店铺形象。
策划并执行本地及区域社区项目，如跑步俱乐部、瑜伽活动。
与团队合作，支持门店运营并营造包容多元的工作氛围。

任职要求

具备所在司法管辖区的合法工作资格。
高中或同等学历以上。
愿意弹性排班并在值班期间大部分时间在店面工作。
具备良好的沟通能力，乐于建立顾客连结。

必备技能

客户服务与需求评估能力。
基本的门店运营与商品陈列技巧。
团队合作精神与主动性。
