Job description

职位概况

负责酒店机电设施的维护、故障排除与维修，确保电力、机械及空调系统安全可靠运行。工作地点位于香港佐敦的Eaton Workshop酒店。

主要职责

维护、检修酒店的电气、机械及HVAC系统。
对配电盘、照明、水泵、通风及空调设备进行日常检查和预防性保养。
快速响应客房及公共区的维修请求，修复故障设备。
确保所有工程符合酒店安全标准及当地建筑法规。
协助处理突发系统故障并完成上级交办的临时任务。

任职要求

至少1年机电维修经验，拥有酒店或商业物业经验者优先。
持有强制性基本安全训练证书（绿卡）。
拥有有效的注册电工执照（如A等级）者优先。
能够接受轮班工作，包括周末及公众假期。
良好的粤语沟通能力，具备基本英语和普通话能力。

必备技能

电气系统维护与故障排除。
机械系统维护与保养。
HVAC（暖通空调）系统操作与维修。
配电盘、照明、水泵、通风设备的检查与维护。
