职位概况

负责在马匹运送前及运输途中确保马匹安全，执行装载、卸载及车厢维护工作。

主要职责

牵引马匹上下运马车并安全装载/卸载。
使用专用装备固定难控马匹，保持车厢清洁。
监测马匹呼吸、排泄、饮水等指标，发现异常及时报告。
在马匹不安时使用技巧安抚，紧急情况下协助上司进行急救及药物使用。
根据上司指派完成其他相关任务。

任职要求

中学学历，良好粤语沟通能力，具基本英语及普通话。
3年以上马房工作经验，了解影响马匹状态的因素。
高度责任感与诚信，良好沟通与人际交往技巧。
能在紧急情况保持冷静并作出应变。

必备技能

马匹运送装备的正确使用与调节。
马匹急救及口服镇静药的使用。
