职位概况

为客户提供最高水平的建筑设施服务，解决楼宇管理系统效能不佳及相关问题，作为可信顾问提供解决方案与结果。

主要职责

负责楼宇管理系统及电子设备的检测、维修和保养。
利用JCI系统和工具为客户提供主动服务建议，提升设备生命周期性能。
提供设施运行效率的建议和解决方案，增加销售机会并支持提案。

任职要求

持有机械、机电或相关专业证书/文凭，或具备相应工作经验。
良好的粤语沟通能力，具备一般英语水平。
持有建造业工人注册证书及建造业安全训练证书（平安卡）者优先。
能够独立处理安装、维修及保养工作，具备良好的客户服务态度和责任心。
