职位概况
我们在香港外籍记者俱乐部的热菜区招聘厨师助理/半厨师，负责日常厨房运作，确保食品质量与厨房整洁。
主要职责
- 跟进日常运营生产，检查食物温度与外观。
- 实施控制措施，减少食品及用品浪费。
- 保持厨房清洁整齐，记录库存并符合卫生标准。
- 熟悉并安全操作各类厨房设备。
任职要求
- 具备2-5年酒店、俱乐部或餐饮行业相关经验。
- 自律可靠，注重细节，能适应快节奏工作。
- 可弹性工作时间，具备良好的中英文沟通能力。
- 能够立即上岗者优先。
必备技能
- 熟练使用厨房设备并遵守安全操作规程。
