职位概况
香港諾富特世紀酒店位於灣仔核心區，現招聘員工餐廳廚師，負責中西式菜單設計與烹調，提供員工用餐服務。
主要职责
- 編排與設計員工餐廳中西式菜單。
- 每日食材準備、烹調及出菜管理。
- 負責食材訂購、庫存管理與成本控制。
- 維持廚房及餐廳環境衛生，符合食品安全標準。
任职要求
- 具備4-5年以上中西式餐飲或團膳/員工餐廳烹調經驗。
- 熟悉中西式烹調技巧及菜單搭配。
- 持有有效衛生督導員或衛生經理證書者優先。
- 具良好責任感、注重衛生並具團隊合作精神。
