职位概况
负责香港阿伯丁海事俱乐部会所设施的日常维护与油漆涂装工作，确保环境整洁、设施安全运行。
主要职责
- 执行会所设施的日常维修、保养及检查。
- 进行墙面、天花板等部位的油漆、涂料施工及表面翻新。
- 完成上级交办的其他维修与支援任务，保障设施正常运作。
任职要求
- 具备2-3年相关油漆或设施维修工作经验。
- 熟悉各类油漆、涂料及其施工工艺。
- 能够独立完成工作，具备责任心和积极的工作态度。
必备技能
- 油漆施工技术
- 涂料应用与表面处理
- 设施维修基础
