健康服務助理（病房）

职位概况

负责病房内患者的日常护理与辅助工作，协助患者适应住院环境，确保其基本生活需求得到满足。

主要职责

测量体温、呼吸、脉搏、血压、体重并记录。
口头及书面报告患者常规情况。
为新入院患者提供环境、设施、叫铃及点餐使用说明。
协助患者移动、体位调整、床铺整理及失禁护理。
帮助患者排泄，提供床盆、尿壶、坐便器。
进行沐浴、床上浴、日常梳洗及喂食。
口腔护理及尿道管清洁、排空尿袋并记录尿量。

任职要求

持有「健康服務助理」或「醫護支援人員（臨床病人服務）」或「保健員」证书。
具相关工作经验者优先。
具中、英文理解能力，能流利粤语、简单英文及普通话。
能够接受轮班工作。

必备技能

熟悉生命体征测量及记录。
了解基本护理操作及患者安全流程。
