Job description

职位概况

负责商场及其设施的日常维修保养，确保设备正常运行。接受过学徒训练并持有相关证书者优先。

主要职责

对商场公共设施进行例行检查、维修与保养。
处理电气、水管等设施的故障排除。
记录维修日志并提交维修报告。

任职要求

中三学历，具备3年以上大厦维修保养经验。
持有电牌或水喉匠牌照者优先。
良好的粤语沟通能力，具一般普通话和英语读写能力。
能阅读和书写中文，略懂英文。

必备技能

电牌（电气维修）
水喉匠牌照（管道维修）

我们提供

勤工奖金、年假12天、生日假1天。
酌情性花红、双糧、医疗福利及膳食津贴。
24小时轮班制，每周5至6天工作，轮休。
