职位概况

负责Major Fitness在海外社交平台的内容策划、短视频制作及社区运营，提升品牌在美国市场的影响力。

主要职责

制定并执行IG、FB、YouTube、Pinterest等平台的内容策略，保持品牌调性。
独立策划、拍摄并发布符合平台算法的运动短视频，捕捉热点并转化为品牌内容。
撰写符合美式语感的本地化文案，提升互动率。
日常评论、私信回复，构建双向互动，挖掘并推广UGC。
整理社媒数据与用户反馈，监测舆情，为产品和营销提供情报。
对接本地组织，策划并执行线上线下社媒活动。

任职要求

市场营销、广告、心理学、公共关系或创意传播等相关专业学历。
具备精准捕捉消费者痛点的叙事能力。
熟悉短视频全流程策划与落地。
对视觉排版、色彩搭配及文案语气有高要求。
精通粤语、英语，具备基础普通话。
拥有美国文化背景（留学经历优先），了解运动健身及家庭价值观。
