职位概况

我们在香港招聘视觉设计师，负责支持获客增长相关的视觉设计工作，涵盖活动海报、Banner、信息流广告、落地页等，提升广告点击率和转化效率。

主要职责

独立完成活动海报、Banner、信息流广告、落地页等视觉素材的设计。
根据获客需求，输出符合目标人群审美并具备转化导向的设计方案。
全流程跟进项目，包括需求沟通、方案修改、定稿交付及资源协调。
监测广告设计效果，结合数据优化视觉风格。
配合团队完成其他前端获客相关的视觉设计工作。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，平面设计、视觉设计或广告设计等相关专业。
3 年以上设计工作经验，有跨境金融业务设计经验者优先。
流利粤语（优先）及普通话，具备英文基础沟通能力。
熟悉香港用户审美及广告传播特点。

必备技能

熟练使用 C4D、Blender 等 3D 软件。
熟练使用 Figma、Adobe Photoshop、Illustrator 等设计工具。
具备 AIGC 工具使用经验。
