职位概况
负责沙田餐饮仓库的日常运营，包括收发货、库存管理及与供应商沟通，确保物料供应充足并符合 HACCP/ISO22000 标准。
主要职责
- 操作餐饮部仓库及收货柜台，执行发货、收货、退货、调拨等日常事务。
- 监控库存水平，安排补货并与供应商及使用部门协调物料供应。
- 编制库存报告及统计数据，跟进采购订单的送货情况。
- 协助仓务主管/仓务员监督日常运营，提出并落实职业健康、安全及食品安全改进措施。
- 遵循 HACCP 与 ISO22000 标准执行仓储及收货作业。
任职要求
- 中五程度或以上，具备5 年相关仓务工作经验者优先。
- 熟悉 Microsoft Office 应用程序操作。
- 具备良好的中英文书写及沟通能力。
- 了解食品卫生或 HACCP/ISO22000 知识者优先。
