职位概况
负责香港赛马会沙田餐饮部仓库及收货柜台的日常运营，确保物料供应顺畅并符合食品安全标准。
主要职责
- 处理发货、收货、退货、调拨及系统记录更新等日常事务。
- 监控库存水平，安排补货并与供应商及使用部门沟通。
- 编制库存报告、统计数据，跟进采购订单送货情况。
- 协助仓务主管/仓务员监督运营，提出并执行职业健康、安全及食品安全改进措施。
- 按 HACCP/ISO22000 标准执行仓库及收货作业。
任职要求
- 中五程度或以上。
- 具5年以上相关工作经验者优先。
- 熟悉 Microsoft Office 应用程序操作。
- 具良好中英文书写及沟通能力。
- 具食品卫生或 HACCP/ISO22000 知识者优先。
必备技能
- Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）
- HACCP 食品安全管理
- ISO22000 食品安全体系
