职位概况

本职位负责在日间中心为长者提供复康训练、团体运动及游戏，协助日常运营并可外出提供居家复康服务。

主要职责

为中心长者进行复康训练及身体活动指导。
组织小组运动、集体游戏，提升长者互动与活力。
照顾长者日常需求，确保安全与舒适。
协助中心日常运营事务。
必要时前往居家为长者提供复康训练或照护。

任职要求

持有物理治疗或职业治疗助理证书。
具备护理或长者照护经验者优先。
能够适应日班工作时间。

必备技能

熟悉复康训练方法与流程。
具备基本的长者护理技巧。
