职位概况

在Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour的尚萃軒餐厅担任团队领袖，负责提升顾客满意度并确保服务质量。

主要职责

在餐饮运营经理指导下完成备料、收银及现场服务。
确保遵守中餐服务标准，处理客人询问与投诉。
接收并送达点单，推荐菜品与饮品，安排座位。
检查库存并协助每日订货，保持用餐区整洁有序。
执行管理层交办的其他任务。

任职要求

具备良好的沟通与人际交往能力。
能够在快节奏、高压环境中独立工作并有效多任务处理。
熟练使用中英文口语及书写。
性格开朗、服务导向且外向。

必备技能

中英文流利沟通能力。
