职位概况

负责为会员及宾客提供卓越的餐饮运营与服务，确保食品饮料质量与服务标准符合俱乐部要求。

主要职责

确保会员及宾客的餐饮运营顺畅，提升服务体验。
协助上级管理团队落实SOP及服务标准，特别是新标准的推行。
培训新员工及实习生，保持服务水平并推动持续改进。
向会员推广设施与服务，收集餐饮意见并反馈给厨房团队。
协调营销活动及促销物料的布置，节假日负责促销柜台运营。

任职要求

至少3年俱乐部或酒店餐饮相关工作经验。
具备积极的工作态度，能够在快节奏环境中高效工作。
良好的中英文沟通与人际交往能力。

必备技能

熟悉餐饮服务流程与标准操作程序（SOP）。
具备培训与团队辅导能力。
