职位概况
负责商场及其设施的日常维修保养，确保设备正常运行。
主要职责
- 执行商场设施的维修、保养工作。
- 处理电气和水管相关故障。
- 进行设备巡检并记录维护日志。
任职要求
- 中三学历，具三年以上大厦维修经验。
- 持有电牌或水喉匠牌照者优先。
- 良好粤语，能使用普通话和一般英语沟通。
- 能阅读写作中文，略懂英文。
必备技能
- 电牌（电工证）
- 水喉匠牌照（管道维修证）
