About the role

This position is responsible for managing VIP users of an overseas gaming product. You will build strong relationships with high‑value players, maintain dedicated communication channels, and help shape community experiences that drive loyalty and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain VIP communication channels (e.g., Facebook Groups, WhatsApp) and deliver personalized services and promotional campaigns.
• Plan and execute exclusive community events, and create copy and visual concepts for VIP campaigns.
• Handle VIP inquiries and complaints, identify major issues, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Collect and analyse VIP feedback and behavioural data to provide insights for product optimisation and operational strategy.
• Support ad‑hoc operational and customer‑service tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
• Strong passion for customer service, excellent communication, empathy and high emotional intelligence.
• Resilient with proven crisis‑management and high‑tier customer pacification abilities.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, VIP relationship management, community management or game operations.
