职位概况
负责国际临床试验的流行病学调研、方案撰写、伦理及注册申报等工作，支持产品境外上市。
主要职责
- 开展流行病学研究，制定国际临床试验开发计划。
- 撰写并优化临床试验方案，包括设计、入选标准和干预措施。
- 准备伦理委员会及药监部门所需材料，解答机构提问。
- 日常项目管理，跟踪进度、记录问题并协调资源。
- 现场管理，参与受试者招募、数据监查及试验物流，使用英文沟通。
- 审核、分析并解读试验结果，编写临床报告。
- 协助制定注册策略，撰写注册文件并与监管机构沟通。
- 跟踪临床前沿技术，提出创新试验设计方案。
- 制定、优化SOP及项目管理流程。
任职要求
- 具备流行病学研究或临床试验项目管理经验。
- 熟悉伦理委员会及药监部门的申报流程。
- 能够熟练撰写临床试验方案和注册文件。
- 英文沟通流利，能够进行书面和口头交流。
- 具备跨部门协作和问题解决能力。
