职位概况
负责荃湾区中心护士工作，涵盖日间中心运营、个案照顾计划及社区健康教育等。
主要职责
- 管理服务券日间中心的日常运作及推广宣传。
- 统筹策划个案照顾计划，包括评估、临床护理及照顾者支援。
- 支援家居服务及社区健康教育工作。
- 负责中心行政管理与督导工作。
任职要求
- 持有登记护士证书及有效执业证书。
- 具相关工作经验，有认知障碍症服务经验者优先。
- 熟悉办公软件的应用。
必备技能
- 办公软件操作能力。
