本岗位招聘保健员/护理员，负责在日间中心及老人居家提供个人护理、看护及活动陪伴，确保长者的生活质量与安全。

主要职责

为日间中心的长者进行个人卫生护理、协助日常生活活动。
到户为长者提供照顾、陪伴及参与各类康复或娱乐活动。
记录护理情况并及时向主管汇报。

任职要求

持有护理员、起居照顾员或保健员证书。
具备老人护理经验者优先。
具备良好的沟通能力和责任心。

必备技能

熟悉老年人日常护理操作。
