职位概况

易寶通訊招聘客戶服務主任，提供無需銷售的電話客服工作，採輪班制並有夜班津貼。

主要职责

接聽銀行客戶查詢與投訴熱線，提供專業解答。
處理客戶對銀行產品的相關問題。

任职要求

持有高級文憑或以上學歷。
具備流利的廣東話、英語及普通話口語能力。
熟悉中、英文電腦操作，熟練使用 MS Word、Excel 等辦公軟體。
能熟練中文打字（速成、倉頡或拼音）。
有相關客服經驗者優先。

我们提供

月薪 19,000 港元（含夜班津貼 3,000 港元）
每週五天工作，提供 14 天有薪年假。
輪班制（早班、晚班），夜班額外津貼。
