职位概况

为客户提供最高水平的服务，解决建筑效能问题，作为可信顾问提供解决方案和结果。

主要职责

负责楼宇管理系统及电子设备的检测、维修和保养。
利用JCI系统和工具，提升设备生命周期性能。
主动提供服务建议，确保设施运行效率并创造销售机会。
支持提案，提供相应的建议和解决方案。

任职要求

持有机械、机电或相关证书/文凭，或具备相应工作经验。
良好的粤语沟通能力，具备一般英语水平。
持有建造业工人注册证，优先拥有建造业安全培训证（平安咭）。
能独立完成安装、维修及保养工作，具备良好的客户服务态度和责任心。

必备技能

JCI系统操作与维护。
楼宇管理系统维护。
电子设备检测与维修。
