Job description

职位概况

负责商场及其设施的日常维修与保养，确保设备安全运行。根据工作经验可晋升为高级技术员。

主要职责

执行商场设施的维修、保养及故障排除。
进行电气系统和水管系统的检查与维修。
遵守安全操作规程，记录维修日志。

任职要求

中三学历，具备3年以上大厦维修保养经验。
持有电牌或水喉匠牌照者优先。
良好的粤语沟通能力，普通话和英语一般。
能阅读和书写中文，略懂英文。

必备技能

电气维修
水管维修
设施维护保养

我们提供

勤工奖金、年假12天、生日假1天。
酌情性花红、双糧、医疗福利及膳食津贴。
24小时轮班制，每周工作5至6天，轮休，每天工作9小时。
