About the role
Avolta is seeking a Sales Associate to work on the Hong Kong‑Zhuhai‑Macao Bridge retail outlet. The role involves delivering high‑quality customer service, demonstrating products and supporting daily store operations in a fast‑paced travel retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality customer service, including product demonstrations and professional product advice.
- Answer customer inquiries, achieve sales targets and process sales transactions.
- Maintain product displays and assist with daily store operations.
- Work shift schedule from 07:45 to 23:15.
Required profile
- Minimum secondary education; two years of relevant retail experience preferred.
- Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
