职位概况
香港基督教服務處長發安老院招聘登記護士，負責監察、評估及執行院友的醫療護理工作，並制定個人照顧計劃。
主要职责
- 監察、督導及評估院友健康狀況，建議並執行醫療護理工作。
- 定期檢視、計劃及執行院友的個人照顧計劃。
- 跟進醫生診治處方及院友的藥物管理。
- 督導起居照顧員或其他支援服務人員。
任职要求
- 持有有效香港護士護理局登記護士註冊證書及執業證書。
- 完成香港/中國國內/澳門中四課程（中五或以上優先）。
- 具護理或長者服務工作經驗者優先。
- 對長者服務有熱誠，具自省與承擔感。
- 具團隊合作精神及良好溝通技巧。
- 每週五天輪班工作，主要早、午更，必要時夜更。
- 薪金按經驗及能力而定，另有每月津貼。
- 無性罪行定罪紀錄。
