职位概况
為智障或肢體傷殘人士提供照顧與職業復康技能傳授，協助制定復康計劃並推動相關活動。
主要职责
- 提供照顧與職業復康技能教學。
- 撰寫復康計劃與紀錄，協助個案管理。
- 策劃、統籌及推行復康小組及各類活動。
任职要求
- 中五或以上學歷，持有相關證書或技能。
- 具多媒體設計、園藝、陶瓷、烘焙、縫紉、皮革、手工藝等工作經驗，且有一門手藝者優先。
- 有服務智障、精神康復或肢體傷殘人士的個案或復康工作經驗者優先。
- 能閱讀書寫中英文，流利廣東話。
- 熟悉電腦、微軟文書處理軟件、電郵及中文打字。
