About the role

Epro Telecom is seeking a dynamic Bank Hotline Sales Officer to join its Sheung Wan contact centre. The successful candidate will make outbound telephone calls to existing and prospective customers, promoting credit‑card installment programmes, answering questions, and providing follow‑up support. The position operates on a rotating schedule of nine‑hour shifts, Monday to Saturday, with a one‑hour meal break, and requires delivering accurate information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

Higher Diploma or higher academic qualification.
Banking or telephone sales experience is preferred.
Fluent Cantonese with basic English and Mandarin speaking abilities.
Excellent telephone etiquette and strong communication skills.
Proficiency in standard office software, especially MS Word and Excel.
Ability to type Chinese characters efficiently using Cangjie or Quick input methods.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.
