职位概况

我们正在寻找具备临床心理学背景的专业人士，加入Intellect平台，为香港及全球用户提供远程心理健康支持。

主要职责

为Intellect的客户提供1对1的远程或现场心理健康支持
处理抑郁、焦虑、创伤、精神分裂症、饮食失调、成瘾等临床案例
与内部临床团队合作，提出平台改进建议

任职要求

拥有辅导或临床心理学硕士学位
硕士学位后至少300小时的临床经验
能够使用英语和当地语言进行沟通
具备员工援助计划（EAP）经验者优先
愿意在必要时提供现场服务者优先

必备技能

认知行为治疗（CBT）或其他证据为基础的治疗方法（如动机式访谈、辩证行为治疗、解决方案导向治疗）
熟练的英语沟通能力
当地语言（如粤语或普通话）沟通能力
